"Good selection, but the site could be smoother"
I’ve found some really nice recipes and products on the site, so it’s definitely worth checking out. Just a heads-up for others: the browsing experience can feel a little clunky at times, and searching isn’t always as easy as it should be. A few pages loaded slowly for me too. That said, checkout went through without any issues, so it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s decent, but I’d love to see the site made a bit faster and easier to use

"Packed really well"
I’ll be honest, I’m always a little worried when I order stuff like flour online because you never know if it’s going to show up busted or if the nice packaging is just for show. But this order arrived in great shape. The flour bags were packed snugly in the box, with no rips or leaks, and even the smaller items had enough padding around them. It’s a simple thing, but it made me feel like I didn’t get fooled or cut corners on. Really happy with how carefully everything was packed.

I’ve ordered from King Arthur Baking a few times now, the prices feel fair to me. They’re not the absolute cheapest, but the flour and mixes have been consistently good, so I feel better spending a little more because I’m not worried about being disappointed. When there’s a sale, it definitely feels like an even better deal. Shipping on my last order was reasonable too, which made the whole purchase feel worth it.

"Friendly help, but the wait was a little long"
The customer service team was really nice and they did get my order issue fixed, so I want to be fair about that. It just took a bit longer to hear back than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating. But once they responded, they were kind and handled everything properly.

I ordered some flour and a baking mix, mostly expecting it to take a few days longer since pantry stuff can be hit or miss with shipping, but it actually showed up quickly. The box arrived in good shape too, which I always appreciate because flour can be a mess if anything gets banged up or torn open. I’m taking off one star only because the tracking didn’t really update right away, so for a little while I wasn’t totally sure where the package was or if it had actually moved yet. Not a huge deal in the end since everything arrived fine, but it would’ve been nice if the tracking had kept up a bit better...

"My bread turned out really nice"
I tried it out for baking bread, and it came out great. It seems to bake really well, so I’d gently recommend it if you’re looking for something that gets the job done without any fuss.

I did learn a lot from these baking lessons, and the videos helped me get better in the kitchen. Sometimes it felt like there was just too much information at once, like I was always the one falling behind, but I still picked up some useful tips and my baking has improved.

"Recipes usually come out right"
I use King Arthur Baking when I want a recipe that’s not going to waste a bunch of flour. The measurements are usually really solid, and the notes help when I’m standing there wondering if my dough actually looks the way it should. I’ve even saved a couple of their recipe emails like receipts so I can find the ones that worked again.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that some recipes have a lot of extra tips to scroll through, and a few bake times have run a little long in my oven. Still, it’s one of the more dependable baking sites I use.

"Great place for baking ingredients"
I’ve ordered from King Arthur Baking a handful of times now, maybe starting sometime last year or the year before, I can’t remember exactly. I really like the variety they have, especially the different flours I never seem to find at my regular grocery store. I’ve also bought yeast, cocoa, extracts, and a couple of mixes, and everything has been easy to choose and good quality. It makes baking at home way less of a hassle.
